  • Verified and validated patients' dental insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, and limitations for multiple dental clinic clients.
  • Communicated with insurance providers to confirm coverage details such as deductibles, co-pays, waiting periods, and annual maximums of the patients.
  • Ensured 100% accurate documentation of insurance information in patient records to systems as needed.
  • Collaborated with dental front office personnel to resolve insurance benefits issues and provided clear benefit breakdowns to support scheduling and treatment planning that helps then lessen their workload about patient's insurance for atleast 90%.

  • Gained hands-on experience managing all of the company website in on-premise servers and learned foundational DevOps skills, including deployments, environment configuration, and system maintenance.
